Since the first time she entered the temple, Chang’e had been known as a talented student who could easily master the magical arts taught by the Great Dragon. In fact, Chang’e quickly mastered the secret technique, Sacred Satellite.
Zilong, a former disciple of the Great Dragon, also had a close relationship with the Great Dragon. With his talent, diligence, and perseverance, Zilong became one of the Great Dragon’s favorite students.
Because of Zilong’s nature, the Great Dragon felt that he would be suitable to take care of and educate Chang’e, as the Great Dragon himself could no longer handle Chang’e’s energetic and cheerful personality. He also believed there was nothing more he could teach Chang’e.
At the Great Dragon's request, Zilong and Chang’e grew close and spent their days either training together or simply chatting. Over time, they came to see each other as siblings. Zilong even gifted Chang’e the "Moon Rabbit" in hopes that she could further develop her magic.
Then, the War of the Planes broke out, and Zilong was ordered by his master to lead the nation. Zilong led the troops to various countries and secured many victories.
During the war, Zilong and Chang’e, who had been separated for the first time, constantly thought of each other. As soon as Chang’e heard that her brother was in the Land of Dawn, without hesitation, she decided to embark on a journey there, carrying the inherited weapon from the Great Dragon and the gift from her brother, longing to reunite with him.
The Great Dragon and the Oriental Fighters
It is known that the Great Dragon is the mentor of the oriental fighter heroes: Zilong, Baxia, Ling, and Wanwan. These oriental fighters were inspired by Chinese mythology, particularly the four celestial symbols:
Azure Dragon of the East (Blue Dragon)
Vermillion Bird of the South (Phoenix Bird)
White Tiger of the West (White Tiger)
Black Tortoise of the North (Black Turtle).
Zilong represents the Azure Dragon of the East, Baxia symbolizes the Black Tortoise of the North, Ling represents the Vermillion Bird of the South, and Wanwan reflects the White Tiger of the West.
The Great Dragon not only regarded himself as their mentor but also felt a bond akin to that of a father with his children. He was once saved by Baxia when his temple was attacked by the Black Dragon, a former student who had fallen into evil. It is also told that Chang’e is the youngest disciple of the Great Dragon.

Chang’e and Zilong, who are Mobile Legends heroes bonded as adoptive siblings under the same master, are able to balance and complement each other very well.
Thus, they are highly recommended to be used together on the same team. If you're playing as a team and pushing for rank, you should try using these two heroes on your road to Mythic! Good luck!
